So Jim and Susan are in Paris again. Yes, again - they have it so rough. And I spent a good chunk of the afternoon over at their house, watching an Andy Griffith marathon, pet-sitting their cat, and finishing up some last minute paperwork before my last day of work this Friday. Yes, this Friday. That's been the reason I haven't been able to blog lately. I've been so stressed out and busy from trying to quit my job it's been ridiculous. I never thought quitting my job would be so difficult - but two attorneys and three weeks later, I'm leaving for good. Hip Hip Hooray!
Anyway, back to Jim and Susan's. While there, I went out into their backyard and noticed their daffodils are coming up. So much for Punxahtawnee Phil's prediction!!
I just liked the way this looked. I was just about to type, "very Parisian" and thought, naw that's too corny.
I liked the way she looked leaning against the fence.
From Jim & Susan's it was over to the Kutner's for the Super Bowl - or as Pam, Lindsay and I called it, Sunday night dinner. Pam made one of my new favorites, brochette!! I hate raw tomatoes but eat this stuff up like there's no tomorrow!!! And it's so easy to make. At Christmas I introduced my parents and my aunt to it and they loved it as well. I ate WAY too much.
