Chuy's

I LOVE this place. Love it. They have the most wonderful creamy jalapeno sauce for the chips. I could drink the stuff. It must be liquid crack. The whole place is fun and it's got my favorite mexican food in town. In my opinion, it comes the closest to New Mexican food that I've found. They even brag in the menu that they get some of their recipes from Espanola, NM, and they even have Hatch green chili sauce. And every September, they have a Hatch Green Chili festival where you can buy roasted green chilis at astronomical prices. Mike, Pam, Tim and I went here for dinner last night (June 20) and I got my usual, southwest enchilada with green chili sauce. They use blue corn tortillas and even put a fried egg on top!
